BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

You can click on the link here to schedule a new appointment or follow-up appointment. My online scheduling system is Vagaro, and if you haven’t used it before, you will be asked to enter your name and email and create a password. If you have scheduled with them before, your information and password remain the same when you schedule with different practitioners.

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the NEW PATIENT FORMS,  so that you can fill them out ahead of time. You can also get them here.

You can print them and bring them with you, or fill them in online and send them back before your first appointment. Please note that my schedule doesn’t accept appointments less than 8 hours in advance. If you need an urgent appointment, it is best to call.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING

If you scheduled online, it is easy to reschedule or cancel your appointment. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for Celina’s practice. (exceptions made for women going into labour, or serious illness:))
